Let me tell you about love.

All of us are searching for it. That one true love‚ that Prince Charming that will sweep us off our feets. All of us wonder if we’re pretty enough‚ special enough‚ or even worthy enough for real love.

Let me tell you about love. You see I have found true love. Me‚ a girl broken by the pain of the taunts and jeers of others‚ a person who wondered if someone could ever love someone who looked like me‚ suddenly found herself in the embrace of her Creator. Shall what is formed say to who formed it‚ ’Why did you make me like this?’ No. That should never be. I should have never questioned why I looked the way I did‚ or never doubted my worth in the eyes of God.

The Lord opened my eyes and showed me who I really waa. A child of God‚ precious and beloved. That’s who I am and that’s who you are also.

The Lord showed me what true love was. He who was with me through the lonely hours of the night‚ He who was my comfort through each day. He who gave His one and only Son up to be a sacrifice for me sins. He really loves me. And he really loves you. He is your Creator‚ your Sustainor-He is the Comfort when you’re crying and the subject of our praise when we’re glad.

He loves us more deeply‚ more immensely than we’ll ever know. Run to Him‚ just like Solomon ran to his love. Seek Him‚ and He will make Himself known to you. You are worthy. You are precious. You are His.
