A New Revelation

Silence settles on my soul,
I wait for you,
Seeking your touch.

Your presence falls,
I submit,
My life into your hands.

My eyes on you,
I surrender all,
And relax in your light.

Your loving arms,
Reach out to me,
And I release my burden.

I feel your joy enfolding me,
Your eyes connect with mine,
“My Child, Now Let Me.”

I fall to my knees,
Tears flood my eyes,
I feel something I can’t describe.

Now I’m broken,
You rebuild,
Adding strength and faith.

My heart is longing,
Striving to become,
What you want of me.

Your strength and hope,
You impart to me,
I feel your saving grace.

Relying on you,
I find my peace,
And know you’ll overcome.

Now I feel,
You molding me,
And listen for your voice.

I know your love,
Deep inside of me,
And know you hold me close.

My life’s desire,
Is to see you glorified,
In this very time.

From my heart,
Comes the cry,
“Father, please use me!”
