Broken but not destroyed
Moved but not fallen
Despised but not rejected
Mourned but not despaired
Tempted but overcame
Hurt but not depressed
Weakened but made stronger
Pulled down but got back up
Hated but not brought down
Cursed but still had confidence
Beaten but still strong
Bruised but not scarred
Died but rose again
then took away every sin
through it all You had your arms wide open
so we could see
Your the only one that we need.
