Dear God‚ it’s me again
I still need your help
I don’t know what you’re doing
And I don’t know where I am
But right now more than ever
I need to feel your hand
I need to know you’re watching
And I need to know you care
Because without you right beside me
I won’t go anywhere
I’m standing here lost
Dazed and confused
I can’t hear you speaking
I don’t know what to do
So many voices are screaming at me
They’re drowning yours out
So you can’t get to me
God‚ I’m still here calling
Can you hear me now?
I need to leave this place
But I just don’t know how
Uncertainty has anchored me
In this sea of broken dreams
I know that I want out of it
But I’m too scared to leave
God‚ I hope that you can hear me
Because I don’t know where I am
And right now more than ever‚
I need to feel your hand.
