Jesus Is Our Model

Jesus was baptized and the Lord declared this is My Son in who I am well pleased. Then the Holy Spirit lead Jesus into the wilderness where He was tempted. The Holy Spirit lead Jesus into conflict. The only time you are lead into conflict is when God has prepared you to win. The first temptation was to question who Jesus was. In conflict, you build character through refinement and are able to stand on the word of God which demonstrates His word is safe ground.
