Just do it!

Recently I ‘ve been at Youth Power Invasion and I could really see  and participate on the supernatural.

God is opened to use each one of us as he did in the book of acts providing healings and salvation for His people. I just want to share a little of what He has been doing through me.

Here is the key: never be afraid! Move foward and He will provide. We are not able, but He is! When I got to Curitiba I still had fear in my heart, something telling me that I could not do it, that I was not enough.

The Holy Spirit kept giving me Joshua’s life. In Joshua 1 : 6, God calls him and  advised him to be strong and Courageous. The same advice appears in verse 7 and 9 and even in other chapters of  the book of judges, we may also see the same advice, even when Giden could not believe he could do it, God told him he was able. We are not enough and will never be, but the Holy Spirit works in the same way as in old days.

Before the mission trip, I saw many miracles and also, prayed for some people that were healed. What I couldn’t undestand was the following question: How come He does for some and for others, He doesn’t? I just understood it today when I was told the father of a close friend died, after I have prayed for him 2 weeks ago. I felt so small, better saying: disappointed. But God answered me during tonight’s  service that He can do all things just if you believe He can. The key is: FAITH. (Mark 11:46-50) blind Bartimeaus was screaming the name of Jesus, but many people tried to stop him – Listen to me, right now: MANY will try to stop you. They will say that you can’t. They will try to make your dream disappear, just as Joseph’s brothers did to him, but always remember this: Verse 48- he shouted even more – whenever the devil comes to you saying that God won’t heal that person or that these healings were only for those times, remember: SHOUT MORE! Because in verse 49- Jesus STOPPED to hear the blind man screaming.

HAVE FAITH-Guys, just like that blind man did, if God calls you to do it, that He will provide, do it! The healing miracle happens but it also depends on the person who you are praying for. If the person does not have faith, he or she won’t be healed and  the answer is quite simple: because it is impossible to please God without faith! So, Keep your FAITH in him up even if you see the impossible right in front of you!

PERSEVERE- Never give up- to please him we need to have boldness and keep on praying, even if the healing doesn’t come quickly. Also, the person you are praying for, needs to understand ( in this you need to help) that you are just  someone used by God and all the Glory goes to Him. We need to encourage all those  who are suffering for a long time and doesn’t see results! Even after praying, encourage the person to keep on pushing as a closed door that needs to be strongly  pushed to be opened!

CHEER UP- I was thinking: “God, I don’t wanna pray for healing anymore because I am afraid the person dies” This is not God’s voice!!!It is not you that do it! Just do what you are supposed to do. God is perfect. Maybe God brought you that person  because she/he needs salvation! Even though we declare healing, HIS thoughts are not ours! He does the way He wants to doit. Lift up your head and DO IT!

At my job, there is a girl that was suffering from a very serious health condition but the doctors could’nt help her. Whenever I got back from my vacations, I looked at her and could see what I call “Jesus report”-is is just God showing me what is wrong with person. I also felt some strange things. It was God giving me some words of knowledge. I asked her if I could see her in the meeting room and when we were alone, I told her what the Holy Spirit was showing me, it was not so hard, as she already knew I was a christian… God showed  me things that only she could ever tell, it was really deep. Afterwards, I asked if I could pray for her. She accepted. I invited the Holy Spirit to come and started praying a prayer that I can’t remember, I was led to her emotional conditions and whatever He wanted to led me to. After praying, I  asked her how was she feeling, she said she was burning!!! WOW, that answer was really amazing -  burning! I could see God working! On the other day I asked her how she was and she said she was better and asked me to pray for her once more!

We work together and I can see day by day that she is a new woman.  As usual, I had a talk about salvation…she is improving!

Working for God is just like this…you just need to get closer to HIM and move foward or you will never see supernatural things happening and your spiritual life will always be a religion, just remember: HE brought a KINGDOM not a religion.

NEVER STEP BACK- DO IT AND HE WILL PROVIDE!!!
