Lord I Need You

Oh Lord, I need you so much.
Oh Lord, I hunger for your touch.
To know you in my heart.
From you, to never be apart.
Lord, you are my shining light.
The joy within me that takes flight.
To know your glory as it shines,
is to know an everlasting beauty
in this heart of mine.
You are the well spring of my life
You are the end of all strife.
Lord I want to give my life to you.
and do all the things you want me to do.
Lord I pray for a servants mind,
one that is gentle,
a heart of surrender,
a heart that is tender.
Lord, I need you,
I need your touch.
