Take a Walk with Jesus

Posted by

Take a walk with Jesus…

To the garden where he prayed.

Kneel with him and listen…

To all he had to say.

Open up your heart to see…

The loneliness and fear.

Sweat and blood upon his brow…

As death was drawing near.

Look into his eyes and view…

The agony and loss

While the spikes pierced through his flesh…

As he’s nailed upon the cross.

Feel the shame and suffering…

As they mocked and laughed at Him.

Because they did not understand…

His death was for our sins.

Listen to his last words…

Before his final breath.

Prayers for their forgiveness…

So others would be blessed.

Thank God…that He is risen.

From death and from the grave.

He bought for us Salvation.

And now…our sin debt’s paid!

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son. That whosoever

believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 KJV
