What A Friend

Jesus is the one who never goes
and leaves us alone.
Wherever we are at He is
in our heart and in our home.

You can’t beat a friend like that
look far and wide and you will see.
And when we pass on we will be
with Jesus and all of His glory.

I don’t mean to say that Jesus
is the only friend we can have in our lives.
It just our earthly friends are
separated when one of us dies.

Then our dear Jesus opens the door to
Heaven and we are welcomed in.
Everything will be perfect, we are free
from every sin! Jesus, what a friend!
