Would you pray for a stranger?
Like you pray for a friend.
Would you pray for forgiveness?
If you felt it was the end.
Would you pray for help?
If you knew‚ it’s what you needed.
Would you pray if asked?
without being conceited.
Would you pray a short prayer?
for someone in need
Would you pray in the open?
and plant the Lord’s seed.
All I want to know
is would you pray?
to see a smile on a face
each and every day?
